apke88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in order to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all Members before processing withdrawals and, where required, at other stages of Account activity.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the deposit screen and may vary by payment method and account standing.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's apke88 Account balance within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt. During periods of high system load or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to sixty (60) minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after sixty (60) minutes, Members should contact support with the transfer reference number and timestamp.
apke88 does not charge fees on deposits. Members should be aware that some payment providers or banks may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Member's responsibility and outside apke88's control.
apke88 reserves the right to reject or return deposits that cannot be verified, that originate from third-party accounts, or that trigger risk management or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) alerts. Deposits may not be used as a mechanism to move funds through the platform without genuine wagering activity. Any deposit that is deposited and immediately withdrawn without sufficient wagering activity may be subject to an administrative fee or refused.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed on the withdrawal screen. Members with VIP or high-tier account status may be entitled to higher withdrawal limits as communicated separately.
apke88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten (10) minutes for verified Members using supported Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours, or that are flagged for manual security review, may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. apke88 will communicate any delay to the Member via the registered email address.
apke88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. In cases where a Member requests an unusually high volume of small withdrawals within a short period, or where bank transfer fees are incurred by apke88 on the Member's behalf, an administrative processing fee may be applied at apke88's discretion, with prior notification to the Member.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by apke88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered and credited. Wagering requirements must be met using Real-Money Funds only where specified, or using the combined balance as specified per promotion.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised, and wagering requirements that are not met, within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Member's Account balance without compensation.

Following investigation, apke88 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, apke88 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account balance. In all other cases of closure initiated by apke88, any verified Real-Money Funds balance (net of Bonus Funds and any recoverable losses) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to apke88.
Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the apke88 support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will be assessed, and the remaining Real-Money balance will be paid out to the Member's verified payment method within seven (7) business days.
